Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; 3 years preferred.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and engage teams.
- Knowledge of emergency department operations and patient care coordination.
