Overview

  • Lead MEP construction projects across diverse locations, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives efficiently.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry standards throughout project execution.
  • Manage schedules, budgets, and resources to optimize project efficiency and minimize risks.
  • Travel extensively to oversee multiple sites, ensuring consistent management practices.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site teams, fostering collaboration and productivity.
  • Utilize technical expertise to address and resolve complex MEP-related challenges.
  • Collaborate with design teams to align project plans with construction execution strategies.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise and manage all aspects of on-site MEP construction activities.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring milestones are met.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Monitor budgets and control costs to achieve financial objectives.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Job Requirements

  • Associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in construction management.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in MEP construction, with 15 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing mission-critical construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
