Overview
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager, ensuring smooth office operations and efficient task completion.
- Handle mailings, including preparation, certification, and tracking for various clients and legal matters.
- Assist with service preparation tasks, including stamped copies and possession dating work.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks such as court retrievals, billing spreadsheets, and furniture movement.
- Support data entry and subpoena preparation, including contacting witnesses and confirming appearances.
- Prepare server packages, match mailing receipts with affidavits, and scan documents into jobs.
- Maintain office equipment, ensuring copiers are functional and stocked with paper.
- Deliver mail to the Post Office and sign corresponding affidavits as needed.
- Adapt to changing circumstances and contribute to team success through proactive problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate mailings, ensuring compliance with system indications and tracking requirements.
- Assist the Director of Process Service with service preparation tasks.
- Perform various office tasks, including document scanning, package delivery, and equipment maintenance.
- Support data entry supervisor in preparing subpoenas and coordinating depositions.
- Prepare legal mailings for landlord-tenant and vehicle-related matters.
- Deliver mail to the Post Office, ensuring proper documentation and affidavits are completed.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with colleagues and clients.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience preferred.
