Overview
- Provide administrative support for community-engaged learning programs, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Coordinate logistics for courses and projects, including schedules, agreements, and tracking progress.
- Assist in planning and executing events such as Urban Plunge, managing registrations and transportation.
- Maintain accurate records, contact lists, and calendars to support program efficiency.
- Prepare program materials, including guides, presentations, and orientation resources.
- Respond to inquiries from students, partners, and campus departments professionally and promptly.
- Support purchasing and space reservations as needed for program activities.
- Collaborate with faculty and community partners to ensure alignment and successful program execution.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate logistics for community-engaged learning courses and projects, ensuring seamless scheduling and tracking.
- Communicate effectively with faculty and community partners to support program objectives.
- Assist in planning and executing Urban Plunge events, managing registration and materials.
- Maintain and update partner records, contact lists, and meeting notes for program activities.
- Prepare and distribute program materials, including presentations and guides.
- Respond to inquiries from students, partners, and campus departments, providing accurate information.

- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure program success and alignment with goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience; 2 years preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for professional correspondence.
- Experience in higher education, community engagement, or nonprofit settings preferred.
- Event planning, volunteer coordination, or database management experience is advantageous.
- Comfort working with diverse stakeholders in a collaborative environment.
