Overview
- Lead and manage the nursing team within the catheterization laboratory, ensuring optimal patient care and staff performance.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards to maintain high-quality care and compliance with regulations.

- Provide leadership in recruiting, training, and retaining skilled nursing professionals.
- Monitor and manage the department's budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Recruit, interview, and hire qualified nursing personnel to maintain adequate staffing levels.
- Provide ongoing education and training opportunities to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, offering constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
- Address and resolve conflicts among staff members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Develop and manage the nursing unit's budget, monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards within the catheterization laboratory.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in cardiac care or catheterization laboratory.
- Advanced certifications such as ACLS, BLS, CNML, and TNCC highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on staff development.
- Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
