Job Description

Overview

  • Coordinate and oversee training programs for center staff, ensuring competency and development.
  • Utilize Learning Management Systems to track and monitor training progress.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring smooth integration.
  • Support the development of training preceptors and cross-training programs.
  • Assist in compliance audits and maintain accurate training documentation.
  • Travel to other centers as needed to support training activities.
  • Work collaboratively with staff across various levels to ensure training effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Execute and support training initiatives for plasma center personnel.
  • Conduct observations and provide feedback to ensure training progress.
  • Develop and update training materials as required.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers to address CAPA-related training needs.
  • Run training reports and advise on pending training requirements.
  • Maintain competency in center functions and assist in production areas.
  • Provide weekly updates to leadership teams on training status.
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with training-related regulations.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree in Education or Organizational Development preferred.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a plasma center or clinical setting.
  • Knowledge of LMS/eQMS systems and training methods.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% and work flexible schedules.
  • Experience in phlebotomy or as a training preceptor preferred.
  • Adherence to FDA regulations and company compliance policies.
