Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Process residential mortgage loan applications, ensuring compliance with lending guidelines and regulatory requirements.

- Maintain detailed records of loan processing activities and documentation.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, preferably in finance or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential mortgage lending; 5 years preferred.

- Proficiency in computer systems and software relevant to mortgage processing.
