Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Perform prebill edits and generate complex invoices using billing software.
- Train and onboard new hires, ensuring seamless integration.
- Develop and implement corrective actions for billing efficiency.
- Enhance e-billing processes and address disputes with vendors.
- Collaborate with leadership to recommend process improvements.
- Maintain strong client relationships to support billing and collections.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of billing experience; 1-3 years in legal billing supervision.
- Proficiency in Aderant, Elite, or 3E billing software preferred.
- Strong knowledge of e-billing platforms and third-party vendors.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills for effective decision-making.
- Ability to manage tasks under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration across teams.
