Overview

  • Lead human resources strategy, talent acquisition, and organizational development for a dynamic and fast-growing organization.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with company objectives and drive employee engagement.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, performance management, and compliance programs to ensure industry competitiveness.
  • Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture in a results-driven environment.
  • Develop and implement learning and development programs to support employee growth and career progression.
  • Manage employee relations, providing guidance on conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals and promote organizational effectiveness.
  • Oversee talent acquisition processes, ensuring recruitment of top talent to meet organizational needs.
  • Design and manage employee engagement programs to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead the development of performance management systems, including goal setting and career planning.
  • Ensure competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
  • Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to strategic discussions on workforce planning and organizational design.
  • Manage onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the company.
  • Enhance HR policies and programs to support employee engagement and organizational efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with 12 years preferred, including leadership roles.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is advantageous.
  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and risk management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and mentor HR teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with senior leadership and employees.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
