Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR program management, consulting, and employee relations.
- Preferred certifications: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
- Proven expertise in HR disciplines, including compensation, compliance, and workforce engagement strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor to organizational leaders, providing strategic HR guidance and solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and discretion in handling confidential matters.
- Exceptional critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills to influence and support leadership.
- Hybrid work arrangement requiring office presence three times a week.
