Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Collaborate with HR teams to share expertise, enhance service delivery, and implement best practices across the organization.
  • Analyze workforce data and feedback to develop informed HR strategies and solutions that address organizational challenges.
  • Provide expert guidance to leaders on HR policies, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Lead HR projects using advanced project management methodologies to achieve impactful results.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance leadership capabilities and employee skills.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR program management, consulting, and employee relations.
  • Preferred certifications: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
  • Proven expertise in HR disciplines, including compensation, compliance, and workforce engagement strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor to organizational leaders, providing strategic HR guidance and solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and discretion in handling confidential matters.
  • Exceptional critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills to influence and support leadership.
  • Hybrid work arrangement requiring office presence three times a week.
