It Procurement Analyst

Overview

• Contribute to procurement operations by assisting with system integrations and supplier change verifications.
• Support purchase order migration reviews and tracking activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Develop training documentation for procurement systems and provide post-go-live training sessions.
• Assist with stabilization activities and address stakeholder system queries during office hours.
• Collaborate with the Center of Excellence on analytics and presentation preparation.
• Work in a hybrid environment to support procurement functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Verify load files for SIT1/ST2/UAT and ensure data integrity.
• Assist with supplier change verification processes and document outcomes.
• Conduct purchase order migration reviews and maintain tracking records.
• Create and update training materials for procurement systems like Jaggaer and S4.
• Provide post-go-live system training and support to stakeholders.
• Prepare analytics and presentations for the Center of Excellence.
• Engage in stabilization activities and address system-related queries.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree required, preferably in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or related roles.
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel for data management and analysis.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for stakeholder collaboration.
• Ability to multitask and independently solve problems in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with creating training documentation and conducting system training sessions.
