- Manage accounting, finance, HR, and administrative functions across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee planning, implementation, and management of financial records and general ledger accounts.
- Lead accounting activities including accounts payable, payroll, and HR functions.

- Ensure timely processing of financial transactions and cash flow management.
- Prepare journal entries and perform monthly reconciliations.
- Identify and implement improvements to accounting and financial systems.
- Respond to information requests and assist with audits.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Management; professional certification preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in accounting, finance, HR, and administration.
- Construction industry experience and familiarity with job costing preferred.
- Proven success in implementing finance and accounting system upgrades.
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead and coach teams.
