Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Perform advanced Excel tasks, including v-lookups and pivot tables, for HR data analysis.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
- Assist in the execution of the upcoming performance cycle and related activities.
- Conduct audits and manage compliance processes, such as I-9 documentation.
- Collaborate with HR team members to address leave of absence-related projects.
- Support the HR department in managing employee records and data integrity.
- Work independently to complete tasks in a dynamic and busy environment.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to HR strategy discussions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within financial services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including v-lookups and pivot tables.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with HR compliance processes and audits.
- Effective communication skills for interfacing with international employees.
