Job Description

Overview

  • Lead the strategic management and optimization of enterprise content systems to enhance document security and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement compliance and governance strategies, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content management capabilities with organizational goals.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation in content management practices.
  • Provide leadership to the ECM team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee technical aspects of ECM systems, including iManage, MS Teams, and SharePoint platforms.
  • Support development and customization efforts for SharePoint to meet complex organizational requirements.
  • Ensure seamless integration and functionality of ECM systems across the organization.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Administer enterprise content platforms to ensure secure and compliant document lifecycle management.
  • Develop training programs to enhance user proficiency and adoption of ECM systems.
  • Act as a liaison between vendors and internal teams to optimize system capabilities.
  • Monitor and analyze industry developments to recommend innovative solutions.
  • Lead the ECM team to deliver high-quality support and system enhancements.
  • Provide technical expertise for ECM systems, ensuring robust functionality and user satisfaction.
  • Customize SharePoint solutions to address unique organizational needs.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and governance standards across all content systems.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT enterprise systems leadership roles.
  • Proven experience managing and leading teams effectively.
  • Expertise in legal document management systems, particularly iManage, is essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Teams Workspaces and MS SharePoint platforms preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, data privacy, and information governance practices.
  • Experience within the legal industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to drive innovation and adapt to evolving technological landscapes.
