Job Description

Overview

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop an internal platform for streamlining investment due diligence workflows.
  • Conduct user research to understand needs, pain points, and decision-making workflows within investment, legal, and operations teams.
  • Translate complex processes into intuitive digital experiences that improve clarity and reduce friction.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design intent and gather feedback.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to iterate on designs and support implementation.
  • Establish and evolve design patterns and UX standards for internal tools.
  • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while maintaining a user-centered perspective.
  • Work on data-dense interfaces and analytical workflows to enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct qualitative user research and synthesize insights into actionable design decisions.
  • Map and document end-to-end due diligence workflows, identifying opportunities for simplification and automation.
  • Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design intent effectively.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to refine and implement designs.
  • Establish and maintain design patterns and UX standards for internal tools.
  • Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to enhance user-centric designs.
  • Balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints in design decisions.
  • Support the development of tools for investment, compliance, or regulated environments.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer.
  • Proficiency in designing complex digital products and enterprise applications.
  • Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and usability best practices.
  • Advanced proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience designing tools for investment, compliance, or regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with data-dense interfaces and analytical workflows.
