Overview
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop an internal platform for streamlining investment due diligence workflows.
- Conduct user research to understand needs, pain points, and decision-making workflows within investment, legal, and operations teams.
- Translate complex processes into intuitive digital experiences that improve clarity and reduce friction.
- Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design intent and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to iterate on designs and support implementation.
- Establish and evolve design patterns and UX standards for internal tools.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while maintaining a user-centered perspective.
- Work on data-dense interfaces and analytical workflows to enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Conduct qualitative user research and synthesize insights into actionable design decisions.
- Map and document end-to-end due diligence workflows, identifying opportunities for simplification and automation.
- Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design intent effectively.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer.
- Proficiency in designing complex digital products and enterprise applications.
- Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and usability best practices.
- Advanced proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders.
- Experience designing tools for investment, compliance, or regulated environments.
