Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage and monitor the local assurance email inbox, ensuring timely responses and organization.
- Provide administrative support to assigned principals and national teams as required.
- Coordinate general office administrative tasks, maintaining efficient workflow.
- Prepare and manage print and bind requests for various projects and presentations.
- Maintain and update office documents using advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes and efficiency.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and schedules for principals and teams.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years administrative experience, preferably in a professional services firm.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with superior grammar and punctuation.
