Job Description

Overview

  • Lead AI change management and training initiatives within a dynamic Information Systems department.
  • Design and deliver impactful learning experiences for AI-enabled productivity technologies.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and business professionals to ensure smooth AI tool integration.
  • Develop and maintain instructional resources for AI technologies.
  • Monitor AI platform updates and adapt training materials accordingly.
  • Foster partnerships to co-create AI adoption strategies tailored to workflows.
  • Support operational initiatives to advance technology enablement goals.
  • Contribute to the firm's readiness for AI technology deployments.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Architect and facilitate learning experiences empowering users of AI-driven legal technologies.
  • Develop instructional resources including guides, videos, and e-learning content.
  • Lead workshops, webinars, and coaching sessions for diverse proficiency levels.
  • Oversee onboarding processes for new AI solutions and provide user support.
  • Collect feedback and analyze data to improve enablement initiatives.
  • Collaborate on designing AI-powered processes tailored to specific use cases.
  • Track engagement metrics and identify areas for additional training.
  • Coordinate logistics for events and manage participant tracking.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, communications, technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in technology training and change management.
  • Experience with MS Copilot and iManage in legal or consulting environments.
  • Proven success in developing and delivering technology training programs.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills for diverse audience engagement.
  • Advanced certifications in AI, change management, or legal technology preferred.
