Job Description

Overview

  • Act as the CEO's strategic partner, driving organizational priorities and ensuring seamless operations within a dynamic healthcare enterprise.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to align executive initiatives with organizational goals and foster impactful decision-making processes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to enhance efficiency and advance strategic objectives across the organization.
  • Support the development and implementation of innovative strategies to promote organizational growth and success.
  • Manage executive schedules, communications, and logistics to optimize productivity and focus on high-priority tasks.
  • Facilitate effective board relations and stakeholder engagement to strengthen organizational partnerships.
  • Represent the CEO in meetings and events, ensuring alignment and continuity in executive presence.
  • Contribute to the advancement of operational excellence and strategic alignment across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee and manage the CEO's schedule, ensuring efficient prioritization and execution of key activities.
  • Coordinate executive communications and prepare comprehensive briefing materials for meetings and events.
  • Lead strategic initiatives and projects to advance organizational priorities and drive impactful results.
  • Facilitate board relations, including preparation and communication of critical updates and insights.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure alignment on strategic goals and objectives.
  • Monitor organizational performance and provide actionable insights to support executive decision-making.
  • Develop and implement processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within the CEO's office.
  • Represent the CEO in meetings and events, maintaining continuity and alignment in executive presence.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required; advanced degree preferred for enhanced qualifications.
  • Minimum of 7 years of senior-level experience, ideally within healthcare or related industries.
  • Proven expertise in managing executive schedules, communications, and strategic initiatives effectively.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive strategic alignment and organizational growth through innovative approaches.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry operations and challenges is highly desirable for effective contributions.
