Job Description

Overview

  • Support regulatory and international legal operations for a prominent financial services firm, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
  • Engage in corporate governance, cross-border fund management, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
  • Contribute to projects addressing privacy, ESG, and foreign licensing requirements.
  • Collaborate with global teams and external counsel to maintain compliance standards.
  • Participate in special projects, providing research and strategic deliverables.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Support the setup, launch, and recordkeeping for international funds and operations.
  • Draft and manage translations of fund offering documents, ensuring compliance.
  • Coordinate with external counsel on fund registrations and distribution arrangements.
  • Review marketing materials for regulatory compliance and accuracy.
  • Prepare board materials and assist with logistics, including documentation.
  • Execute routine international regulatory filings for funds and affiliated entities.
  • Manage privacy-related documents and oversee compliance processes effectively.
  • Oversee document management systems, mailbox monitoring, and invoice processing tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in law, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a law firm, ideally in corporate or finance.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to new software tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills for collaboration.
  • Experience with fund management, investment, or regulatory matters is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a hybrid work arrangement.
