Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Process client instructions and manage trade settlements across various systems.
- Handle wire transfers, including Fed/CHIPS processing and SWIFT transactions.
- Perform asset servicing tasks, including income and corporate actions notifications.
- Supervise operational workflows, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing for custody systems and provide actionable feedback.
- Investigate and resolve client inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Support audit processes and contribute to risk assessment activities.
- Participate in procedure updates and assigned projects to improve operations.
- Provide backup support for custody staff as needed to ensure seamless operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance is required.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in trust banking or securities industry.
- Strong understanding of trade settlement, wire transfer, and asset servicing processes.
- Proven supervisory experience with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with custody systems.
- Ability to multitask and manage regular duties alongside project assignments.
- Flexibility to work overtime as required by business needs.
- Strong team player with a fast-learning and adaptable mindset.
- Knowledge of systems like Bloomberg, DTCC, and Fed Wire Transfer System preferred.
