Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Master's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited institution.
- Active Oregon Pharmacist License upon hire.
- Minimum of 3 years of hospital pharmacy or equivalent residency experience.
- Preferred 5 years of experience in a pharmacy management role.
- Strong knowledge of medication safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical skills to review safety events and implement improvements.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities to guide interdisciplinary teams.
