Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise daily radiology operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality imaging services.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and diagnostic accuracy.
- Train and mentor radiology staff, promoting skill development and adherence to best practices.
- Monitor equipment functionality and arrange maintenance or upgrades as necessary.

Job Requirements
- Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree from an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
- Certification as RT (ARRT), CNMT (NMTCB), or RDMS (ARDMS).
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience; 4 years preferred.
- Current BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross.
- Strong knowledge of radiology operations and regulatory compliance standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
- Proficiency in analyzing operational data and implementing improvements.
