Overview
- Assist in delivering comprehensive technology training and user support across the organization, ensuring seamless adoption of systems and tools.
- Coordinate and manage virtual and in-person training sessions, including setup, facilitation, and participant engagement.
- Develop and maintain training materials, calendars, and documentation to support organizational learning initiatives.
- Provide high-quality end-user support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance training strategies and optimize user experience during technology rollouts.
- Participate in train-the-trainer programs, progressively leading training sessions independently.
- Support the development of quick reference guides, manuals, and online resources for organizational systems.
- Ensure timely communication and resolution of support requests through shared IT mailboxes.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, including webinars and in-person meetings, ensuring smooth execution.
- Distribute onboarding materials to new hires, introducing them to training resources and tools.
- Manage and track training materials, ensuring availability and accuracy for sessions.
- Collect and analyze post-training feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance future sessions.
- Coordinate maintenance and scheduling of training room equipment and spaces.
- Support the creation of user-friendly documentation and guides for organizational systems and tools.
- Resolve Help Desk tickets efficiently, providing exceptional user support and assistance.
- Assist in delivering training sessions and providing on-site support during major technology transitions.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience in training, technology, or user support roles.
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work additional hours as needed.
