Overview

  • Provide comprehensive family medicine care to patients of all ages in a dynamic healthcare environment.
  • Deliver high-quality medical services, including preventive care and chronic disease management.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct detailed patient evaluations, including physical exams and diagnostic assessments.
  • Prescribe medications and educate patients on their use and potential effects.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for diverse patient populations.
  • Provide immunizations and oversee phlebotomy procedures as part of preventive care.
  • Collaborate with outreach teams to optimize patient scheduling and clinic operations.
  • Participate in case conferences and peer reviews to enhance clinical practices.
  • Supervise and mentor mid-level practitioners to ensure consistent patient care quality.
  • Engage in on-call rotations to support clinic operations and urgent patient needs.

Job Requirements

  • Doctoral degree in Medicine (DO) and valid medical licensure.
  • Board Certification and a minimum of two years of clinical experience.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical record systems and HIPAA compliance.
  • Preferred proficiency in Spanish or other languages for enhanced communication.
  • Experience supervising mid-level practitioners and collaborating with specialists.
  • Strong commitment to quality improvement and protocol development.
  • Ability to provide health education on preventive medicine and lifestyle changes.
  • Flexibility to participate in case management and on-call rotations.
