Overview
- Lead and oversee nursing operations within Surgical Services, ensuring exceptional patient care and adherence to clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required; national professional certification preferred.
- Licensed and registered under the laws of the State of New York.
- Minimum of three years of progressive experience in Operating Room management.
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills to manage staff and resources effectively.
- Comprehensive knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
