Project Executive – High-Rise Construction

Overview

• Lead high-rise construction projects, ensuring successful execution and delivery exceeding $100M in value.
• Oversee multiple projects, including active developments and pre-construction initiatives.
• Provide strategic leadership to drive innovation and excellence in construction management.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for high-rise construction.
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers and construction professionals.
• Monitor project progress and address challenges proactively to ensure success.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment.
• Oversee procurement and resource allocation for optimal project efficiency.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Promote innovation and best practices in construction management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in high-rise construction project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing $100M+ construction projects.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and multiple projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with occasional travel.
