Job Description

Overview

  • Support the project manager in all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Assist in subcontractor procurement, ensuring timely and efficient selection processes.
  • Coordinate subcontractor trades to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
  • Process submittals and documentation to ensure compliance and project progress.
  • Collaborate with the project team to achieve project goals and milestones.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks.
  • Contribute to the development of project schedules and timelines.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Coordinate subcontractor activities to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Process and review project submittals for accuracy and compliance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project management; 4 years preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of subcontractor procurement and trade coordination processes.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with teams.
