Project Manager

Overview

• Lead diverse construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage project scope, budget, and schedules effectively.
• Implement innovative construction methods and technologies to enhance project outcomes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, contractors, and team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout project phases.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to Assistant Project Managers and junior staff.
• Monitor project performance, identifying and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Contribute to the strategic growth and innovation of the construction division.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects within defined scope, budget, and timeline.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
• Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and cost estimates for effective management.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards.
• Resolve issues or conflicts that arise during construction, maintaining project momentum.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports for each project phase.
• Ensure adherence to environmental and safety regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with leadership to align projects with organizational goals and vision.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management; 10 years preferred.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale construction projects effectively.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools for efficient planning.
• Commitment to fostering a collaborative and supportive work culture.
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments effectively.
