Overview

- Assist in administrative tasks such as tracking budgets, maintaining asset libraries, and compiling performance reports.
- Collaborate with vendors, performers, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
- Monitor social media engagement and support community management efforts to enhance brand presence.
- Maintain event calendars, production timelines, and run-of-show documents for organized operations.
- Provide support for tenant marketing initiatives and cross-promotional opportunities.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Plan and execute public events, seasonal programming, and community activations with attention to detail.
- Coordinate logistics with vendors, performers, sponsors, and internal teams for seamless event operations.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including drafting promotional copy and coordinating content creation.
- Track marketing budgets, invoices, and vendor contracts to ensure financial accuracy.
- Compile post-event recaps and performance reports with key metrics for evaluation.
- Support tenant marketing initiatives and cross-promotional opportunities to enhance community engagement.
- Maintain marketing asset libraries and promotional materials inventory for streamlined operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, hospitality, retail, or entertainment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or basic graphic design tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for effective collaboration.
