Overview

  • Support senior leaders in a fast-paced financial services environment, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Manage complex schedules, travel arrangements, and expenses with precision and efficiency.
  • Exercise discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information and interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and streamline processes.
  • Contribute to document creation, formatting, and office management tasks.
  • Provide proactive administrative support to ensure organizational success and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate and manage complex calendars, resolving scheduling conflicts effectively.
  • Arrange comprehensive domestic and international travel plans and process expense reports.
  • Act as a liaison for internal and external communications, ensuring smooth stakeholder interactions.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism in a dynamic environment.
  • Assist in the creation and editing of documents and presentations, maintaining organizational standards.
  • Support ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required by the team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a focus on business or related fields.
  • 5–7+ years of experience supporting senior executives in financial services or similar industries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Concur expense management systems.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure with composure and effectiveness.
