Overview
- Serve as a field-based sales and relationship management professional within the healthcare and senior care industry.
- Develop referral sources and grow census within Bergen and Passaic Counties.
- Represent the client at community events, networking functions, and health fairs.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and senior organizations to build partnerships.
- Ensure smooth onboarding experiences for new clients and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Stay informed about market trends and local healthcare developments.
- Work primarily in the field with a flexible schedule based on meetings and events.
- Contribute to the mission of providing compassionate, high-quality in-home care services.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and execute a territory growth strategy for Bergen and Passaic Counties.
- Identify, prospect, and cultivate referral sources, including hospitals and senior organizations.
- Conduct regular in-person visits to strengthen relationships with referral partners.
- Track leads, referrals, and conversion metrics to meet growth targets.
- Serve as a liaison between referral sources, clients, and internal teams.
- Ensure smooth onboarding experiences for new clients and maintain satisfaction levels.
- Represent the client at networking events, health fairs, and community functions.
- Identify partnership opportunities aligning with company growth initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Associate of Science degree required; additional certifications in healthcare preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in healthcare or service-based industries.
- Experience in the home care industry, including private duty or skilled home health.
- Strong relationship-building, networking, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Knowledge of NJ home care regulations and market dynamics preferred.
- Flexibility to work weekends as needed based on business requirements.
