Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage daily operations of multiple ambulatory surgery centers, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance.
- Develop and oversee clinical policies and procedures to maintain accreditation and regulatory compliance.
- Lead initiatives to enhance clinical workflows and improve patient satisfaction.
- Coordinate with site managers to ensure efficient resource allocation and operational effectiveness.
- Provide training and support to clinical teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective strategies to optimize operations.
- Ensure compliance with CMS Conditions for Coverage and other healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align clinical operations with organizational objectives.
Job Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree (MSN, MHA, MBA) preferred.
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive clinical leadership experience.
- Multi-site ambulatory surgery center (ASC) experience strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of CMS Conditions for Coverage and accreditation standards.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor clinical teams effectively.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Flexibility to travel and work extended hours when needed.
