POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for a Professional Services Recruiter to join our dynamic staffing division specializing in professional services roles. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct full-cycle recruiting for professional services roles, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates across various career stages and industries.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools to develop a robust candidate network.
• Analyze resumes to identify specialized skills and qualifications for professional services positions.
• Develop creative strategies to engage both active and passive candidates.
• Collaborate with team leaders to assess hiring needs and establish recruitment goals.
• Collect and analyze recruitment data to optimize hiring processes and outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic discussions for business development.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
• 2-5 years of experience in professional services recruitment or staffing.
• Strong knowledge of professional services industries and workforce solutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team setting.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
