Job Description

Overview

  • Lead product development initiatives, driving innovation and delivering solutions that align with strategic business objectives and market demands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with customer needs and industry trends.
  • Translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories and workflows for development teams, ensuring clarity and feasibility.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes to guarantee high-quality product releases and user satisfaction.
  • Work closely with UX/UI teams to design intuitive and user-centric interfaces that enhance product usability.
  • Monitor post-launch product performance, leveraging analytics and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and backlog grooming, to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Drive strategic product planning through comprehensive market research and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Define and communicate product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with development teams to clarify requirements, support sprint activities, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain and prioritize product backlog, focusing on features with the highest business impact.
  • Partner with QA teams to validate product functionality and address defects effectively.
  • Prepare detailed product documentation and release notes for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and gather customer feedback to inform future enhancements.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies, fostering collaboration and ensuring project milestones are met.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and blockers, ensuring smooth product development and delivery processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies and collaboration with development teams.
  • Proficiency in writing clear user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps for project management.
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles and software architecture best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
  • Technical background or familiarity with APIs is preferred but not mandatory.
