Job Description
Overview
- Provide functional leadership for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, ensuring alignment with finance processes and compliance requirements.
- Act as the central Finance point of contact for ERP changes, collaborating with IT and external teams.
- Drive adoption and continuous improvement of finance-related workflows and system usage.
- Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for Finance users.
- Ensure end-to-end financial process integrity across integrated systems.
- Lead Finance participation in ERP transitions, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation enabled by D365.
- Support audit readiness, compliance, and governance through system-enabled controls.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Serve as the Finance F&O functional lead for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Own the development of business requirements and functional decision-making for D365 Financials.
- Lead resolution efforts for functional gaps through configuration changes or policy updates.
- Translate operational needs into actionable functional requirements for technical teams.
- Define and document future-state finance processes aligned with D365 best practices.
- Review and validate Finance impacts of integrations with enterprise platforms.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and system guides for Finance users.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance systems and operations.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills for process optimization.
- Experience in change management and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to assess downstream impacts of system and policy changes.
- Knowledge of audit readiness and compliance requirements.
