Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; certifications in recruitment or HR preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience; 5 years preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing recruitment is highly desirable.
  • Strong customer service skills to build solid relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with a proactive approach.
