Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring the acquisition of high-caliber candidates for key roles.
  • Implement effective performance management systems to support employee development and career progression.
  • Manage employee relations, providing guidance on conflict resolution and workplace policies.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, minimizing risks and aligning with standards.

  • Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and organizational design initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with 12 years preferred, including leadership roles.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is advantageous.
  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and risk management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and mentor HR teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with senior leadership and employees.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
