Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with 12 years preferred, including leadership roles.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is advantageous.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and risk management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and mentor HR teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with senior leadership and employees.
