Job Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare construction or related fields.
• High School Diploma or GED required; advanced certifications are advantageous.
• Proven expertise in managing complex construction projects within the healthcare sector.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments.
• Preferred experience in K-12 construction projects is a plus.
