Job Description

Overview

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles within diverse business functions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates using various tools and platforms.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage offer processes to ensure seamless candidate experiences.
  • Build diverse talent pipelines to support organizational hiring goals.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experiences while meeting recruitment KPIs.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications and fit for roles.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and manage offer processes effectively.
  • Build and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and pipeline health.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies and employment regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience; 6 years preferred.
  • Experience managing requisitions across engineering, IT, product, and corporate roles.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong understanding of technical terminology and hiring trends.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
