Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage daily cash activities, including reconciliations and liquidity monitoring.
  • Prepare and post journal entries for debt investments, including interest income and amortization.
  • Maintain the general ledger and ensure fund-level financial data accuracy.
  • Calculate and process management fees and expense allocations.
  • Coordinate with portfolio management teams on investment activity and reporting.
  • Prepare capital call calculations, investor notices, and quarterly financial statements.
  • Analyze fund performance metrics, including MOIC and IRR calculations.
  • Support year-end audit processes and liaise with external auditors.
  • Assist with ad hoc reporting and analysis for internal stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in private credit fund accounting or public accounting.
  • Strong understanding of fund structures and financial reporting principles.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
  • Experience with WSO software is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented self-starter with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
