Job Description

Overview

  • Perform audits of sales representatives to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Engage in fieldwork and remote audits, utilizing disguises and scenarios for evaluations.
  • Document findings and generate detailed reports on audit results and compliance issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain confidentiality and uphold audit standards.
  • Conduct phone and email audits to assess communication practices and adherence to guidelines.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools for data entry and report generation.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance audit techniques and compliance understanding.
  • Work in diverse environments, adapting to various field locations and scenarios.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Travel to designated locations for field audits, ensuring thorough evaluations of sales practices.
  • Conduct phone audits to verify representative compliance with communication standards.
  • Prepare and submit detailed audit reports, highlighting findings and recommendations.
  • Maintain anonymity and utilize disguises to conduct undercover evaluations effectively.
  • Monitor and document compliance with federal and state guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to refine audit processes and ensure consistency.
  • Utilize technology and tools for efficient data collection and reporting.
  • Submit expense reports for travel and disguise-related costs.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; 10 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt to diverse environments.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a car for travel.
  • Capability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
