Job Description

Overview

  • Oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Manage multifamily, hospitality, and adaptive reuse developments with a focus on corporate interiors.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to meet project specifications and exceed expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction regulations throughout all project phases.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project budgets and schedules to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to plans and schedules.
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Manage subcontractor relationships, ensuring performance aligns with project goals.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of construction management experience; 10 years preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; advanced certifications are advantageous.
  • Proven expertise in managing multifamily, hospitality, and adaptive reuse projects.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate interiors and ground-up construction methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
