Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and oversee HR frameworks ensuring consistent execution of processes and compliance standards.
  • Lead talent acquisition and onboarding efforts to support organizational growth and workforce stability.
  • Implement performance management systems promoting goal setting, feedback, and development.
  • Drive leadership development and employee engagement initiatives across all levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Oversee employee relations practices, including investigations and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure effective utilization of HR technology systems, maintaining data integrity and process efficiency.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives impacting HR processes and workforce dynamics.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required.
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in multi-site environments.
  • Proven expertise in HR fundamentals, including talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance.
  • Experience leading HR teams through organizational change and transformation.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS and ATS systems, ensuring effective adoption and utilization.
  • Preferred experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or similar sectors.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive HR initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach leaders and manage employee relations with sound judgment.
