Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in multi-site environments.
- Proven expertise in HR fundamentals, including talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance.
- Experience leading HR teams through organizational change and transformation.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS and ATS systems, ensuring effective adoption and utilization.
- Preferred experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or similar sectors.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive HR initiatives.
