Job Description

Overview

  • Contribute to end-to-end AUM, flows, and revenue reporting within the Finance organization.
  • Support internal stakeholders by delivering accurate and timely data for critical business decisions.
  • Enhance reporting processes through technology, automation, and AI-enabled analytics.
  • Collaborate across teams to strengthen data quality and streamline workflows.
  • Participate in system enhancements, data testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Document processes and refine controls to improve data governance and reporting standards.
  • Engage in special projects, audits, and regulatory requests related to AUM data.
  • Develop a strong understanding of AUM definitions, methodologies, and data sources.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Execute AUM and client flows reporting processes across various cycles.
  • Produce reliable reporting packages for diverse internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and insights to support client reporting needs.
  • Utilize AI-enabled tools to improve data validation and streamline tasks.
  • Collaborate with Technology and Operations teams to refine processes and enhance data quality.
  • Implement process improvements to streamline reporting cycles.
  • Communicate proactively to ensure stakeholders receive accurate information.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives related to AUM data and processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and tools like Tableau, OneStream, or Alteryx.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI-enabled tools for process improvement.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous-improvement mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
