Job Description
Overview
- Contribute to end-to-end AUM, flows, and revenue reporting within the Finance organization.
- Support internal stakeholders by delivering accurate and timely data for critical business decisions.
- Enhance reporting processes through technology, automation, and AI-enabled analytics.
- Collaborate across teams to strengthen data quality and streamline workflows.
- Participate in system enhancements, data testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Document processes and refine controls to improve data governance and reporting standards.
- Engage in special projects, audits, and regulatory requests related to AUM data.
- Develop a strong understanding of AUM definitions, methodologies, and data sources.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Execute AUM and client flows reporting processes across various cycles.
- Produce reliable reporting packages for diverse internal teams and stakeholders.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and insights to support client reporting needs.
- Utilize AI-enabled tools to improve data validation and streamline tasks.
- Collaborate with Technology and Operations teams to refine processes and enhance data quality.
- Implement process improvements to streamline reporting cycles.
- Communicate proactively to ensure stakeholders receive accurate information.
- Support cross-functional initiatives related to AUM data and processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or data analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and tools like Tableau, OneStream, or Alteryx.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI-enabled tools for process improvement.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous-improvement mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
