Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Draft and design architectural plans using CAD and Revit software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to develop innovative solutions for commercial and municipal projects.
• Assist in transitioning projects from CAD to Revit, enhancing design efficiency and precision.
• Contribute to renovation and ground-up construction projects, maintaining high standards of quality and functionality.
• Support project documentation and ensure adherence to architectural standards and regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and provide input on design strategies and project improvements.
• Maintain an organized workflow, meeting deadlines and project milestones effectively.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent educational background.
• Proficiency in CAD and Revit software, with a focus on transitioning to Revit for new projects.
• 2-10 years of experience in architectural drafting and design, adaptable to varying levels of expertise.
• Experience with commercial and municipal projects, including fire stations, police stations, and retail spaces.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, fostering collaboration and efficiency in a team environment.
• Ability to work on-site five days a week, with potential flexibility in scheduling.
