Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Draft and design architectural plans using CAD and Revit software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

  • Assist in transitioning projects from CAD to Revit, enhancing design efficiency and precision.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in CAD and Revit software, with a focus on transitioning to Revit for new projects.
  • 2-10 years of experience in architectural drafting and design, adaptable to varying levels of expertise.
  • Experience with commercial and municipal projects, including fire stations, police stations, and retail spaces.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, fostering collaboration and efficiency in a team environment.
  • Ability to work on-site five days a week, with potential flexibility in scheduling.
