Overview

  • Support investor relations and marketing initiatives across a direct lending platform in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
  • Work closely with senior team members to address investor-specific requests and prepare marketing materials.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate internal data and producing customized investor reports.
  • Engage in research and analytics to support decision-making and investor communications.
  • Contribute to process improvements and special projects within the Client Partnership Group.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare custom content to address investor-specific questions and requests.
  • Assist in creating pitchbooks, presentations, case studies, and other marketing collateral.
  • Complete RFPs, DDQs, and ad-hoc investor information requests with precision.
  • Coordinate with investment teams and stakeholders to gather accurate data.
  • Produce general and customized investor reporting, including qualitative updates and quantitative analyses.
  • Compile internal analyses to support decision-making across investor-facing initiatives.
  • Conduct industry and market research to enhance investor communications.
  • Participate in process improvements and support special projects within the team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, preferably in finance, business, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles; 3 years preferred.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and intellectual curiosity to drive results.
  • Proactive and detail-driven approach to completing tasks and projects.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data management and reporting systems.
