Assistant Superintendent – Multifamily Construction

Overview

• Contribute to the successful completion of multifamily construction projects as an Assistant Superintendent.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Assist in overseeing daily construction activities and ensuring adherence to project plans.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project timelines.

• Support the Superintendent in managing project budgets and resources.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure construction standards are met.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of construction experience; 3+ years preferred.
• Experience in multifamily, mixed-use, or hospitality construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
