Job Description

Overview

  • Lead and manage architectural projects within the healthcare studio, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to achieve project goals effectively.
  • Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work for successful execution.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, contracts, and industry standards throughout project phases.
  • Participate in QA/QC processes to maintain high-quality deliverables and documentation.
  • Contribute to the healthcare studio's innovative and collaborative design environment.
  • Utilize advanced software tools such as Revit and Adobe Creative Suite for project development.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage the lifecycle of architectural projects, from site analysis to project close-out.
  • Coordinate production activities and staffing to align with project timelines and budgets.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Oversee the creation and review of construction documents across project phases.
  • Conduct QA/QC reviews to ensure accuracy and quality of project deliverables.
  • Facilitate construction job site meetings and address project-related challenges.
  • Stay updated on industry technologies, software, and sustainable solutions.
  • Promote adherence to internal standards and best practices within the studio.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural project management; 10 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office software.
  • Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and sustainable solutions.
  • Understanding of architectural contracts, building codes, and project budgets.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with diverse project teams.
  • Experience in healthcare project types is advantageous.
