Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop detailed architectural plans and specifications for high-rise, academic, and life science facilities.
  • Coordinate with interior design teams to create corporate interior fit-outs that align with client requirements.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of architectural experience; 10 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in high-rise, academic, and life science architectural projects.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate interior design and fit-out processes.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software and tools.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
