Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in construction or related industries.
- Preferred 7 years of experience in a similar role demonstrating successful growth strategies.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare, education, commercial, and industrial construction sectors.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities effectively.
